Markets Operations Belfast Overview:
Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. We support a wide range of internal stakeholders including Front Office Sales and Trading Desks, Compliance, Legal, Finance and HR; alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience.

What you’ll do:
- Manage a team that interacts with external clients resolving queries across the FCD lifecycle
- Provide the team with coaching and development.
- Manage a small portfolio of clients.
- Solve complex inquiries, and complete due diligence activities for client requests, Audits etc..
- Provide detailed analysis of escalated issues when necessary and recommend actions for resolution and future remediation.
- Ensure queries are acknowledged, investigated, and resolved within expected SLA’s. by your team
- Drive change across the team , propose solutions to implement process improvements.
- Perform monthly MIS to review client performance, make suggestions on how to optimise the clients flow through system and client analysis or suggest improvements to CITI flow.
- Drive cross departmental Initiatives and client initiatives.
- Understand the product and regulatory environment impacting our client base along with the procedures and checklists to ensure compliance with CITI policy.
What we’ll need from you:
- Previous relevant experience preferred.
- People management experience
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently.
