Operations Manager

My client is looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.

As Quantity Surveyor your key responsibilities would include:

• Preparation, submission and agreement of interim valuations;

• Subcontractor procurement;

• Monthly Cost Value Reconciliations;

• Projecting cost and value to completion;

• Re-measure and checking of Bills of Quantities;

• Assessing Subcontractor payment applications;

• Recording and agreement of contract variations;

• Agreement of Final Accounts.

Potential candidates should ideally have good knowledge of both JCT and NEC3 Forms of Contract,be IT literate including advanced knowledge of Excel, and be from a main contractor background in construction. The role attracts a very competitive package including car allowance, private fuel, pension and life assurance.
