The position:

Our client is seeking a Branch Manager to join one of their busy high street stores.

You will be responsible for driving the branches success and progress, setting company standards and leading the branch by example.

The role would suit an assistant Branch Manager or a senior optical assistant who might be looking to step up into a Branch manager role!

The suitable candidate will come for the optical industry within a retail operation, if you are a senior optical assistant looking to progress your career or already a Branch Manager looking for change then this is the role for you!

Desired experience:

• Previous experience of working within a high street opticians
• Supervisory experience within an Optician setting
• Leadership skills
• Managing store operations and making sure financial goals are met
• Development of commercial opportunities
