Description
As an Order Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Process all administration for orders, returns and exchanges.
- Contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Participating in team meetings and training programmes.
- Predominantly email based role.

A successful Order Administrator should have:

Job Offer
- An attractive hourly rate of 10.50 - 11.50 per hour
- A temporary role in a supportive team (currently until March but this could be extended)
- Opportunity to work hybrid or remote, once trained up
