Order Processor

Total Staff Services are currently recruiting an experienced Order Processor for one of our clients based in Blackburn. You will be working for a UPVC Supplier on their trade counter preparing quotes and orders for both retail and trade markets.

The business has recently undergone some further growth with the introduction of new product ranges, and they're in need of someone who has experience within a similar position.

Salary: £24k - £30k depending on experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Processing orders effectively, efficiently, and accurately.
• Accurate interpretation of customer's drawings and requests.
• Identify and correct any errors in the customer's order.
• Daily communications with both customers and the company's network of suppliers and installers.
• Assisting with the trade sales and trade counter development assisting with quotes and orders working with the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as an Order Processor within the double glazing or conservatory sector.
• Experience in Logikal, Evolution and glazing or conservatory design software is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills; in both verbal and written forms.
