Here at Hays we are working with one of our key clients. This business is an international business who are based in Bradford. They are seeking a determined, ambitious and diligent Credit Controller to join their new international services team.
Your new role
In this role, your responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:
Collecting monies due on our accounts receivable ledger.
Ensuring that queries are brought to a swift resolution.
Making sure that all the accounts are up to date.
Ensuring that credit limits are not unduly effected.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have exceptional customer service, communication and data entry skills.
Possess excellent attention to detail and easily prioritise to maximise every opportunity.
You've experience of credit control, ideally in a shared services' environment, as well as working in a customer-facing role within financial services or a similar industry.
Have good knowledge of working with Excel.
You will need experience of answering queries quickly.
