Fixed Term Contract / Secondment Opportunity until 14th October (Maternity Cover)
If you have extensive experience in delivering Organisational Development objectives and want to work in a role that makes a significant social impact, then this is the role for you!
This maternity cover post will be a great opportunity for you to lead and shape the design and delivery of some key strategic projects that we hope will be sector leading. You will be required to take the projects through governance before delivering them and measuring the impact you've made.
We are looking for someone who has an excellent understanding of OD practices, who can build effective relationships quickly whilst working creatively and collaboratively to deliver strategic objectives.
