Location: Cheadle
Salary: GBP23,526
Bonus: Average monthly bonus of GBP250 with the potential to earn more based on performance
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - 10:00-19:00, Thursday 09.30-18:15 and Friday 09.30-16:15. No weekends!

What will I be doing?

Supporting a high-volume Outbound Customer service contact centre
Making outbound calls to new, existing and previous customer about our emergency breakdown cover
Calling new and previous customers who have received online quotes
Calling existing customers about their membership renewal
Striving towards sales goals or retaining customers who are coming to the end of their membership
Engaging with Customers and building confidence to deliver outstanding customer service on every call
Pushing for better by using resources, tools and systems available to offer the best customer outcome
Maintaining focus and composure during peak call times, ensuring each customer receives the same exceptional level of customer service.
Taking care of a variety of customers including distressed/angry customers.
