This innovative Design Agency near London Bridge is looking for an Office Manager and PA to join their wonderful team. The role requires someone with previous administrative experience, looking for the next step in their career. The role will be varied and include working closely with the CEOs, managing their diaries, arranging travel, dealing with suppliers, sorting all office related matters, liaising with IT and HR companies and communicating with the Landlord. This is an exciting and multi-faceted role for someone who is driven, professional, reliable and discreet. Experience of basic HR processes and database management would be beneficial. Someone with secretarial training and at least two year's PA experience would be ideally suited to this exciting opportunity.
