WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Diary and travel management
Meeting and event coordination
Expenses management
Producing documents and ad hoc admin tasks
WHO YOU ARE:
Experienced, warm and friendly in your approach to supporting a widespread team of Executives. French fluency is also a requirement for the role.
Requirements:
Spoken French, French native or fluent in French
Knowledge of Salesforce
Experience of at least 4 years, Real Estate or Finance
Good coordination and communication skills.
A flexible and collaborative attitude
Strong organisation and ability to prioritise tasks
Effective working on own initiative and in a team
This role offers up to £55k DOE, benefits and hybrid working.
