PA & Office Manager
ProTalent are a thriving and growing boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in accountancy practice recruitment. We are a specialist team who either work remotely at various locations in the UK or will be based in our new Head Office in Hayle.

This role is very much intended to support the Managing Director and the office as a whole. This role and the business will grow and evolve and has the potential to progress into an Operations Manager / Director role. The business has exciting growth plans and we see this as a crucial role that will grow with us. Progression is there for the taking and we can offer a route to directorship for the right person.
By supporting both the Managing Director and the office team, collectively we can deliver the highest levels of services to our clients and candidates and thus enjoy the thriving business and the successes that follow.
The role:
- Closely support the Managing Director in a PA role; diary and email management, responding on behalf of the director where appropriate. Organising, filtering and filing incoming emails. Travel arrangements, any ad hoc PA responsibilities that arise from the MD’s workload and commitments
- Office Management to include supervising and managing junior members of the team in the absence of the MD
- Being present to support the team
- Managing facilities, IT, stationary and overall function of the office
- Key holder - open and close the office each day
- Answering incoming calls and enquiries
- Assist in social media activities
- Work with the Managing Director to bring training manuals, Standard operating Procedures and Process Mapping to life
- Manage the company inhouse App
- Managing attendance - recording holiday/sickness/leave etc
- Process starters/leavers
- Take responsibility for health and safety policies
- Work with the MD on various projects as they arise - these projects may be hiring and developing new teams, lunching new services, and much much more. We have exciting times ahead.
- Administrative duties

- Well organised and able to prioritise work
- High levels of productivity and a self starter
- Strong IT and software skills
- Great telephone manner
- Be passionate about service and contributing to supporting our newer members of the team.
Full time: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 6pm, Fridays 8.30am - 1pm.
Salary £30,000 - £37,000 per annum
