SalaryA leading, highly regarded professional services firm have an exciting opportunity for a PA to 2 Directors who both head up key departments within the business - Marketing & Business Development and Finance. As well as proactively providing PA support to these Directors, your role will also see you provide administrative support to the wider marketing team. In carrying out this role that you have the ability to shape, you will be able to have input on how best to provide a seamless, efficient PA support function for Directors - thinking ahead and being proactive rather than just reactive.
As PA to 2 Directors, your role will involve:
- Diary management, and coordinating travel arrangements
- General administration support including the production of reports, PowerPoint presentations and other documents
- Organising internal and external meetings, coordinating arrangements and circulating agendas
- Assisting with the production of agendas, presentations and minutes (on occasion) for meetings
- Providing support in the organisation of both internal and external events
For this PA to 2 Directors opportunity, I'm very interested in speaking to candidates who have experience working as a PA, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, or Executive Assistant within a legal or professional services environment, and who have solid working knowledge of MS Office.
Salary for this opportunity is £32,000 to £34,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).
