SalaryPA/Secretary to 2 Partners £50,000 - £55,000
Executive Assistant required for 2 Co-Founding Partners for a Private Equity firm in the West End. Duties will include diary, travel and expenses as well as organising complex ever-changing diaries across different time zones internationally.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide secretarial support to 2 Partners
• Extensive diary/calendar management (including personal)
• Correspondence (on behalf of the Partners) with investors, portfolio company directors, intermediaries etc
• Arrange internal and external meetings and their relevant logistics
• Coordinate all travel and entertaining arrangements for the 2 Partners
• Prepare and submit expenses
• Assist with the coordination of events
• Provide additional secretarial support to the wider Investment Team and cover for the other PA as required
Essential requirements:
• Secretarial experience in Financial Services preferred
• Extensive administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• High level of IT competence including Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
