Pa To Director

Your new company
Our client is a government-funded organisation with their main office based in Woking. They are currently seeking a PA to support 2 Directors on a temporary basis.
Your new role
You will be providing day to day PA support to two Directors, from diary management to inbox management and keeping files and team documents updated, as well as arranging some UK-based travel.
Due to the nature of the organisation, there will be minutes of meetings, both online and in person. You will then be responsible for the collation, distribution and follow-up on action points.
This organisation offers a supportive working environment with flexibility around hours and the option to work this role either as a full-time 37.5 hours a week role or 30 hours a week. They work on a hybrid basis, with 1 to 2 days a week in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience providing support to Director level
Able to take minutes (not verbatim)
Used to dealing with sensitive and confidential information

Hourly rate of £16-18 per hour dependent on experience
Initially a 3-month temporary role, but could be extended
