SalaryMy client, a highly impressive and successful entrepreneur is searching for a PA to support across their business and personal life. The role is multifaceted, from drafting correspondence to lawyers and stakeholders to diary management, the ideal candidate will be an amazing communicator with an excellent writing style. They will be proactive with a nothing to big or too small attitude. This is an incredible role to be the eyes and ears across our clients many businesses and will give them exposure to incredibly interesting companies.
Responsibilities include:
- Diary management
- Acting as the gatekeeper to the director
- Minuting meetings
- Research to support the directors personal projects
- Invoicing, purchasing and gifting
- Personal responsibilities include organising contractors, booking appointments and insurances
Desirable qualities
Degree or degree equivalent
- Excellent writing and maths skills
- An interest in the Arts
- Happy to be in the office 5 days a week
