SalaryA requirement has arisen for a highly efficient, enthusiastic Personal Assistant for an established London based Entrepreneur. They are looking for loyalty and longevity in the right candidate to support them in the next phase of the growth of their portfolio of businesses. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy to assist a technophobe and will come with experience of at least 5 years in one role, is bright, positive and proactive and will have a comprehensive handover from existing part time PA of 15 years. They will need to be a quick learner, able to learn on their feet and demonstrate a huge amount of attention to detail, enthusiasm and be a consummate problem solver wanting what is a rewarding & challenging 360 degree role. The right person will need a typing speed of 65wpm for audio typing with touch typing a bonus and need to manage a large volume of email correspondence. The split of workload is 75% business related and 25% spread across philanthropic interests and some personal. There will be some Office management involved, including a potential office move from Mayfair to a nearby location. Salary based on experience. Circa £60K Pro Rata to days worked. 4 days a week with flex to be discussed. Hours - 9-6 and 3/4 days a week in the office, 1-2 days home working could be accommodated.
