Pa To Executive Team

I am working with a luxury high-end property company based in West London
This is a boutique company who work differently to property agencies. They form relationships with HNW clients, and search for properties depending on their needs.
The London office have three PA's and they are looking to hire a fourth PA to support Senior Partners of the company, and a Company Executive.
They are a very tight-knit team, and the office has a family feel to it! 
They have offices across the country and globally.
- Book frequent travel for the Senior Partner
- Manage diaries and book in meetings
- Minute taking
- Expenses
- Getting involved with extra projects
- Aiding the Company Executive with events, and gifting for regular events, which she hosts
- Being available to help your fellow PA's when needed and really working as a team in the office
 
The employees from both offices get together twice per year to ensure that everyone can get to know each other well and work collaboratively. I
