Job description
Duties include:
Booking travel for the Partners and the wider team members, including visas, creating detailed
travel itineraries where required and adhering to the company expense policy
• Acting as a first point of contact for the Partners, dealing with correspondence
• Extensive and complex diary management
• Setting up meetings, conference calls and booking meeting rooms
• Organising meeting lunches, dinners
• Taking minutes when required
• Arranging couriers and document signatories
• Document preparation of reports, briefings, correspondence, PowerPoint presentations
• Proofreading documents
• Carrying out specific projects and research
• Inputting expenses
• Arranging interviews for candidates
