Provide proactive support to Two partners within the investment team.

Manage secretarial duties including diary and expense management.

Coordinate travel arrangements and visa applications.

Organise international conferences with meticulous attention to detail.

Assist in the creation of presentation materials and board packs.

Facilitate Zoom calls and webinars.

Thrive in a supportive team environment, ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements:

Previous 5-8 years C-suite level experience in a similar role within the finance sector is preferred.

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Working Arrangements: Four days in the office, with Fridays designated for remote work.
