About the Role:

As a key member of our team, your role will encompass three main areas:

• New Business: Lead new business efforts autonomously, pitching to potential clients and helping onboard them.
• Strategy & Client Services: Develop and execute integrated Paid Media strategies, oversee campaign delivery, and foster strong client relationships.
• Agency & Team Development: Contribute to agency product development, mentor junior team members, and elevate the agency's profile through awards and conferences.

Requirements & Skills:

An enthusiastic and proactive team player with:

• 4+ years of experience in paid marketing and client management
• Strong expertise in paid search/social platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for building rapport with clients and team members
• An analytical mindset and proficiency with Excel and analytics tools
