We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our busy team to assist in the day-to-day growth of business relationships with our impressive clients and project manage the delivery of the ongoing projects and multi-channel campaigns.
This is an exciting role with lots of potential for growth. Reporting to the Account Director, you will be responsible for campaign execution and business development with global brands and businesses across all walks of life, including agencies, research institutions and governments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the growth of business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the projects and ensure customer satisfaction and overall positive experience.
- Manage creative campaign spend alongside the Production and Marketing team, providing regular updates throughout the process and ensuring budgets are kept within client expectations
- Work closely with the Account Director in monitoring meeting schedules, raising potential challenges, and handling objectives when necessary
- Act as a first point of contact for key asset approval when overseeing legal guidelines, ensuring the quality of creative work is kept to a high standard
- Maintain clear and strong communication between all parties including client, creative and internal departments
- Build a high understanding of the clients' business and knowledge of industry movements
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in account/project management/ business development within an advertising/marketing environment, ideally with a background in video production
- Confident communicator and keen interest in relationship building
- Time management focused with impeccable organisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-starter with an eye for detail
