Are you an Operations Manager or similar with experience working within the paint line department of an automotive company looking to become a key member of the senior management team of one of the most influential Automotive companies in the world?
In this role you will be heading up the paint line department overseeing over 100 employees with shift managers and team leaders in place beneath you. You will champion continuous improvement activities while managing spend and headcount within budget for the department. You will have a strong technical team beneath you and you will be required to implement and monitor KPI's whilst leading from the front regarding the companies ethos and principles.

This role would suit an Operations Manager or similar with direct paint line experience looking to step into the senior management team of a global, powerhouse manufacturer offering the opportunity to truly make their mark in a department with over 100 members of staff.
The Role:

• Managing the cost and spend within budget of an entire department
• Implementing and monitoring KPI's to ensure performance as well as championing continuous improvement activities
• Leading from the front foot regarding the companies principles and ethos
• Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, finish at 1:30pm on Friday, 37.5 hours a week, Relatively flexible working hours

The Person:

• Operations Manager or similar
• Experience working within paint line
• Automotive background
