About the Team
Our Company Secretarial team provides essential Company Secretarial Services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, both nationally and internationally. We navigate the intricate world of filings, support seamless corporate transactions, and stay ahead of industry trends and regulations. We are at the forefront of governance and compliance operations, driving improvement and ensuring Companies House compliance.
As a Paralegal in the team, you'll be part of a supportive environment, led by our Head of Company Secretarial Unit, Sarah Dann. Responsibilities
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure Companies House compliance.
- Support seamless corporate transactions and provide timely reminders.
- Assist with incorporations and ensure legal obligations are met.
- Spearhead audit responses and provide expert guidance on Companies House matters.
