Job Description

• Providing comprehensive support to the Family Law team
• Assisting with case preparation and management
• Conducting legal research and summarising findings
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients and other legal professionals
• Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion at all times
• Complying with all legal standards and regulations
• Performing administrative duties as required including preparing bundles, drafting legal documents and correspondences
• Assisting the Solicitors wither their caseload which consists of roughly around 45 cases
• This role will cover variety of Family Law work

Candidate

• A degree in law
• Proficiency in legal research and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
• Must obtain a minimum of 1 year of experience within Family law
• An energetic, passionate, and organised candidate
