We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and passionate Park Room Lounge Restaurant Manager who strives to provide and inspire incredible guest service that creates truly memorable experiences for our guests. JOB SUMMARY
Areas of responsibility include managing Park Room Lounge Restaurant with daily operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. The manager strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. Determines training needed for their team to accomplish goals, then implements plan.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Managing Day-to-Day Operations; Knowledge of product (food & beverage), menu, operational, food hygiene, service knowledge is essential, and you are responsible for ensuring your team members also have this knowledge.
Knowledge of the overall hotel operations to understand the part you play in the wider guest experience. You must be proactive in learning new Food and Beverage trends, skills, beverage items and bringing ideas to the table to continue drive creativity in our venues.
Leading the team; Lead by example with brilliant positive attitude, grooming standards, body language and tone need to be positive, supportive and on brand at all times. Shift patterns for this role are not set and will require you to be available for morning, afternoon, evening as per the weekly rota. You are expected to monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all Food and Beverage areas at all times and advocate this as best practice. Ensure that the physical appearance of the Park Room is neat and adhering to brand standards.
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service; Our guests must receive a consistent level of service, you are responsible for delivering this consistency through training, coaching and regularly meeting with your team. Advocate and maintain an exceptionally high standard of five-star luxury service within Park Room and any other area in the hotel as required.
