As a Management Accountant, you will be a part of the finance team supporting the business. In addition to providing the senior management team with the accounts, budgets and forecast, you’ll need to be able to understand how changes in operations affect the accounts and bring this to life.
Qualifications Required
- Part qualified in a professional accountancy qualification e.g. ACA/CIMA/ACCA with experience of working in a busy finance office
- Recent continuous professional development
Skills & experience
- Financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting experience
- Experience of computerised accounting systems and software in a medium or large organisation.
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex data
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate complex information in an easy to understand manner
- Able and willing to work as part of a team, taking responsibility for own accountabilities whilst supporting and sharing knowledge with others to achieve company goals
- Ability to plan, organise and manage own work to meet deadlines
- Be able to not just identify issues, but work with the appropriate teams to resolve
- Strong Excel skills

The team are based at our headquarters on the farm, nestled amongst the rolling Devon countryside but, close to the A38. It is essential you are able to commute weekly to our office and to tempt you we have wonderful on-site facilities which include a subsidised organic canteen.
Salary – £33,000 pro rata plus, study package
This is a permanent contract and we're happy to consider part- time / full-time working hours from 30 to 40 hours a week Monday to Friday, We encourage flexi time and hybrid working however, once the training period is complete we ask that you plan to be on-site at least 2 days a week
