Part Time Accounts Assistant – Great Yarmouth
6 month Contract (£25,000 - £27,500 FTE)
Keeler Recruitment are delighted to be supporting this growing business, who are looking to appoint a Part TimeAccounts Assistant join their group finance team. 
Our client is seeking someone on a Part Time basis, working pattern is flexible, Monday – Friday, office based.
As Accounts Assistant you will report to Head of Finance and be an integral part of a finance team supporting with all aspects of finance.

• Reconcile allocated supplier accounts, producing reports, processing invoices and processing payments 
• Ensure invoices are paid in accordance with terms.
• Set up new supplier accounts
• Validate changes to supplier bank details
• Support with month end reporting, journals and reporting

Ideal candidate will have current experience of working within a similar Accounts position, be a confident user of Excel (creating and updating - formulas, pivot tables) able to build effective relationships, good communicator and possess attention to detail.
