Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business in Warrington who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team on a permanent, part-time basis
Package:
- Salary £25,000 - £27,000 FTE
- Full-time, Permanent
- Hybrid - 1 day working from home per week after training
Location: Warrington - Parking on-site
Job Duties:
- Ensure purchase invoices are processed in a timely and accurate basis
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Deal with supplier queries in a timely manner ensuring rapport building
- Bank reconciliations
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Admin/ad hoc duties as required
Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager
When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP
Ideal experience?
- Worked in a fast-paced finance environment essential
- Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
- Good excel and system skills essential
