Part-time Accounts Assistant

Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Kirkcaldy based business's accounts team on initially a temporary basis with the view to be made permanent after 12 weeks.
25hrs per week, working 5 hours per day - flexible to suit your personal commitments (between the hours of 8-5, M-F)
You'll initially be home based, once the new office is fully set up you will then work from their Kirkcaldy base.
Duties:

• Sales and purchase ledger
• Bank reconciliations
• Ownership for the accuracy of finance transactions
• Supplier accounts: manage the process of queries from notification to resolution.
• Support credit control
• Invoice processing and validation
• Creating and defining process documents for the team
• Ad-hoc project work

To be considered for the role you will need to have previous experience in a similar role, or educated to degree level within accountancy.

The role requires an immediate start, initally you will be working remotely with all equipment provided but you will need a quiet space to work and wifi.
