Part Time Accounts Assistant required with an opportunity to Work from home after training and being comfortable within the role. You will need to be able to travel to Brentford.
3 full days per week must include a Friday.
Duties include:
• Liasing with Payroll company each week to send them timesheets and send them new operatives to set up on the system
• Manging invoices - Adding invoices to accounting software, reconciling invoices with bank statements and making invoice payments
• Raising invoice queries with suppliers, resolving & agreeing
• Processing Quarterly VAT Returns - liaising with our external accountant
• Assisting with answering phones, taking messages, filing etc.
• Assisting with admin such as updating cost registers, employee training register, tenders register etc.
Candidate should have:
• Experience accounting systems such as Sage, Coins, Quickbooks
• Strong IT skills in Microsoft products especially Excel
• An organised & planned approach to work
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal & written communication abilities
