Location: Maidenhead
Hours: 15-20 hours per week, split over 5 days, with the possibility of a Hybrid arrangement as you settle into the role. There is flexibility on the hours so this is a great opportunity for someone who can only work part-time.
Salary: GBP14.00 - GBP16.00 per hour
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a high-profile company as an Accounts Payable Clerk. This is working for a lovely team, within a well-established business who are expanding significantly. The successful candidate will play a key role within the accounts team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices efficiently.
- Identify and manage invoice queries with attention to detail.
- Manage the AP inbox.
- Review credit card statements for accuracy.
- Generate weekly payment runs.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Conduct Accounts Payable ledger reconciliations.
- Clear open items and debit balances.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable with practical experience.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
- Ideally you will need to be a driver with your own transport due to the location of the offices.
