Part time Administrator wanted in Aylesham!
We are working with an established business who are looking for an Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a temporary position initially but with great prospects for a permanent contract and personal growth within the business for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
Answering the phone and fielding calls to the necessary departments
Dealing with email enquiries
Taking bookings
Inputting sales and rental quotes on the system
General admin support
This role would suit someone who:
Has great customer services
Is a strong communicator who is able to build client relationships
Is self motivated
Has good attention to detail and is methodical
Hours are Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 18:00.
