Part Time Administrator -1 Day Per Week / Private Eye Clinic

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Part Time Administrator to join a Private High End Eye Clinic in Harley Street with state of the art facilities, a team of top specialists and personalized patient care. The Eye Clinic covers Laser refractive surgery, keratoconus and retinitis pigmentosa.
Hours: Part time, 8-10 Per Week, 1 Day Per Week.
Administrator Duties:
Invoice management.
Weekly submission of invoices for insurance claims & Weekly review of previously submitted invoices.
Weekly review of all invoices generated, which payments have been received, which are incomplete, which are outstanding.
Patient Database management
Weekly review of clinic appointments and outcomes
. Stock management assistance & Monthly stock checks & ensuring that correct quantities of stock have been deducted after each procedure
Assist in the weekly stock check on the 40 most commonly used consumables.
. Training for Front Desk annual leave cover.
Ideal Candidate:
You will be an experienced Patient Administrator from an Ophthalmology or Healthcare Background.
