Hays Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a construction organisation on the recruitment of a Part time Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and key knowledge in administration.
Your new role
As a part-time Administrator, you will be supporting the project management team with a variety of tasks and responsibilities:
- Letter typing
- Dealing with invoices
- Letter formatting
- Various ad hoc tasks
- Answering email queries
- Record keeping
- Data entry
What you'll need to succeed
This organisation is looking for a team player who is able to come in and hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Good attention to detail
- Organisation
- Experience in administration

- Good written and verbal communication
