Job Title: Part-Time Administrator - Fleet Management Support
Location: Hucknall
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible over 4 days)
Salary: £11.42 per hour
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? SF Recruitment are seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join our clients Fleet Management team in Hucknall. This role offers 20 hours per week spread over 4 days, providing essential administrative support to their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Fleet Management team with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, including vehicles, equipment, and maintenance schedules.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support procurement processes related to fleet management, including ordering parts and supplies.
  • Assist with organising and maintaining digital and physical filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Fleet Management department.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
