I am looking for an Administrator to provide support to ensure the efficient and smooth running of my clients' internal sales and purchasing team.
Main Responsibilitie
- Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations as required
- Perform data entry and update records as required
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate administrative activites
- Management of goods in transit
- Processing of sales and purchase orders
- Scanning documents - daily in line with sales orders
- Ensuring the Boardroom is ready for meetings on a daily basis
The successful candidate will be:
- Proficient in Microsoft applications - particularly Word and Excel
- Organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Methodical with meticulous attention to detail while understanding the requirement for confidentiality
- Able to work on their own initiative
- An excellent communictor
- Experienced in a customer service environment - both with internal and external customers.
This is a permanent, part-time role working (Apply online only) Monday to Friday.
