Job description

I am looking for an Administrator to provide support to ensure the efficient and smooth running of my clients' internal sales and purchasing team.

Main Responsibilitie

  • Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations as required
  • Perform data entry and update records as required
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate administrative activites
  • Management of goods in transit
  • Processing of sales and purchase orders
  • Scanning documents - daily in line with sales orders
  • Ensuring the Boardroom is ready for meetings on a daily basis

The successful candidate will be:

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications - particularly Word and Excel
  • Organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Methodical with meticulous attention to detail while understanding the requirement for confidentiality
  • Able to work on their own initiative
  • An excellent communictor
  • Experienced in a customer service environment - both with internal and external customers.

This is a permanent, part-time role working (Apply online only) Monday to Friday.
