Part-time Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Part time Administrator to join a scaffolding company based in Andover. Our client is looking for an Administrator to work 20 hours per week but can be flexible for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- General Administration duties
- Greeting customers
- Answering phone and responding to emails
- Producing picking lists and delivery notes
- Sales Invoicing and processing
- Other adhoc tasks as and when needed
Requirements:
- Previous Administration experience
- Flexible working approach
- Confident using Microsoft packages
A little more information about this Part time Administration role:
- 13.00 per hour depending on experience
- Located in Portway Industrial Estate
- Immediate Start
- Weekly Pay
- Contract running till February 2025 but possibility to turn permanent
