The Company:
Our client is a well-established tech company providing a variety of products and service to a large number of global industries

Main duties:
Be responsible for all payments and invoices due

The Role:
– to be responsible for forwarding and posting all invoices
– to reconcile all vendor accounts
– to follow up on overdue invoices and provide weekly reports thereof
– to deal with supplier queries and liaise with relevant departments
– to validate employee expenses
– to assist with weekly payment runs as well as process international payments
– Admin duties as required

The Candidate:
– Fluent in either Czech OR Swedish OR German (written and spoken) essential
– Experience as Accounts Payable / accounts / finance necessary
– Experience working within an international company beneficial
– NetSuite experience an advantage but not required
– Excellent communication skills
– IT Literate ( especially excel)
– Ability to work independently

Salary: £35,000 pro rata
