Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and transactions
- Preparing financial reports and statements for review
- Assisting with budget preparation and audits
- Monthly invoicing , accounts payable , credit control and expenses
Essential skills and experience
- AAT qualification or equivalent
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping practices and principles
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bookkeeping and Sage Cloud 50 accounting experience essential
- Payroll and Pension
