Roles and responsibilities
The Communications Assistant will manage enquiries to the university Film and Audio team inbox, upload and publish content to the CMS, and assist with the management of student podcast editors.
Film & Audio Production and Content Management
- Manage enquiries to the Film & Audio team, working with the Head of Film & Audio to provide advice and support to colleagues across to the university
- Publish Film & Audio content to the university website and the Research for the World magazine, and external platforms such as YouTube, iTunes, Spotify and SoundCloud
- Assist with the management of student helpers from recruitment to uploading content and overseeing timesheets
- Oversee storage and access to assets, including project files and video footage
- Maintain records of assets and support the Head of Film & Audio with tracking and evaluating content reach and impact, including creating termly evaluation reports.
