Job description

What We Need:
Reporting into the EMEA Client Revenue & Finance Manager based in London, this role will support the day-to-day work of the EMEA accounts payable and billing function ensuring high quality and timely delivery of transaction processing, performance management information and statutory requirements. The role will also drive ongoing improvement in finance service delivery in terms of both efficiency and effectiveness.
What you'll be doing:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver a financial transaction and reporting process that is of high technical quality, maintaining levels of control and integrity in the company’s accounting function.
    • Checking and processing vendor invoices
    • Employee expense posting including checking for receipts and VAT accounted for according to VAT guidelines.
    • Dealing with invoice discrepancies and supplier queries
    • Preparation of vendor payment proposals
    • Vendor statement reconciliation and liaising with suppliers.
    • Vendor set up and maintenance, ongoing review of supplier payment terms.
    • Review of shared EMEA finance inbox to resolve or escalate all queries.
    • Customer account set up and maintenance, ongoing review of client payment terms.
    • Creation of client projects & job codes in finance system
    • Retrieval of PO’s from client systems, updating finance trackers.
    • Monthly client billing
    • Submission of monthly invoices via client invoicing portals / emails to clients
What you've been able to accomplish:
PREVIOUS PROVEN EXPERIENCE
  • 2 + years accounts payable experience.
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics desirable.
