About the role – HR Assistant
This mainstream secondary school in Redbridge are looking for a HR assistant to join their HR & Admin team as soon as possible. The HR Assistant will be responsible for overall management and maintenance of the schools central records, supporting the HR manager with their workload. The school are looking for someone who is able to carry out generic HR tasks, issue contracts and audit staff sickness records and absence. The successful candidate must have school based experience and an understanding of school systems.
