The Role
You will work as part of the administration team and liaise with various departments within the business. Your main roles and responsibilities will include...
* Assisting in the day-to-day activities of the administration team, including all calls into the business are answered appropriately and transferred accordingly.
* Receiving client enquiries and being the first point of contact.
* Daily processing of orders into the database.
* Responding to emails.
* Filing, faxing, photocopying and other administrative duties.
* Reviewing candidate response through Microsoft Outlook
* Any other general duties that may arise.
The Candidate
You will have the following experience, skills, and attributes...
* You MUST have knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages especially Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
* You must have previous experience of working as an administrator.
* Experience of dealing with high volume of calls
* Ability to focus
* Outgoing Personality
* Highly Organised
* Attention to detail
* Good keyboard skills
* Excellent Telephone Manner
* Professional and confident nature
* You must have excellent organisational skills.
