Join Our Team: Part-Time Customer Service Advisor

We are currently seeking two customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor. This role is instrumental in providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
This is a perm position working 20 hours per week, Friday to Sunday (weekends only).
The Importance of Your Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you are the face and voice of our company, directly impacting our client experience and satisfaction. Your ability to effectively manage queries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of Customer Service is crucial to our success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and assign maintenance tasks to our Supply Chain Partners (SCP’s).
- Support SCP’s to carry out maintenance tasks in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
- Investigate all maintenance tasks that are sitting in backlog to find resolution.
- Support all queries seeking out the appropriate point of contact.
- Ensure Customer Service levels are met and exceeded.
- Monitor all scopes of communications and update appropriately to ensure complete transparency for our client, e.g., Building Portal, Client Inboxes, Email.
- Manage inbound calls against agreed SLA's.
- Follow and stay up to date with internal changes to process.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven customer support experience
- Contact centre experience beneficial
