Job Title: Part Time Customer Service support
Salary: Part time 15,800 (26,333 FT equivalent)
Location: Orpington
Hours: 08:30am-17:00pm - 3 days OR the hours can be spread across 4/5
Contract: Permanent
Start date: ASAP

Could this be your next career move?
- To key orders in a timely manor and to ensure all orders are processed before the daily cut off.
- To answer the phone to customers, internal sales managers & business stakeholders.
- To use the CRM system to log queries, and to manage these from start to finish.
- To arrange collections for returned goods.
- To provide customers POD using our delivery partners portals.
- To confirm prices with customers and to ensure prices are correct on all orders.
- To liaise with the OX Tools UK Warehouse on orders as and when required.
Is this you?
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Admin experience required, but not essential.
- Comfortable talking to customers on the phone, either to place their orders or to help resolve their query.
- Good computing skills and experience using Excel.
- Positive attitude.
