Part Time Customer Services Administrator

Are you seeking a new Customer Services on a Part Time basis - Three days a week

Make outbound calls to confirmdeliveries, survey satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell products
Log all interactions inour CRM, ensuring issues are tracked through resolution
Liaise with warehouse,purchasing, logistics and other teams to align on fulfilment and stock
Identify processimprovements to optimise customer experience
Meet response time, resolution and customer satisfaction targets

Organised anddetail-oriented with strong multi-tasking capabilities
Self-motivated with theconfidence to work independently

Tech-savvy with ability to learn new platforms/systems
