Part-time Facilities Administrator

Your new companyOur client, a Facilities Management company, is looking for a Part-Time Contract/ Facilities Administrator to join their team at their city centre office. Your new roleIn your new role you will be allocating and coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to assign jobs across sites. Your role will involve uploading works paperwork to SharePoint, raising work orders and suppliers, reactively responding to urgent works and requirements from clients and assigning engineers appropriately, meeting with subcontractors to ensure 'arrival and departure' procedures are adhered to, managing and updating monthly applications for payment spreadsheets, raising purchase orders and supporting invoicing with other offices Scotland wide.Your role will also involve liaising with various internal and external stakeholders whilst supporting the Contracts Manager to ensure a smooth running of administrative tasks and providing a high level of customer service to clients at all times. What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in facilities management and coordinating with engineers/ contractors is required for this role. A strong administrative background and using facilities management packages is also required. Our client is looking for someone with good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide high-quality customer service. Good time management, the ability to meet strict deadlines and multitasking are key skills required for this role.
