This part-time opportunity would suit someone with AAT or just some great experience within finance and accounts administration, knowledge or Xero and other accounting software would be a plus. We need someone flexible, who understands finance and accounts and can get stuck in provide solid support to the Finance Manager. Duties:
- Bookkeeping including: Bank Reconciliation including Soldo, Recording payments and receipts , Processing supplier invoices and managing Hubdoc, Chasing receipts, Importing BigChange sales invoices to Xero
- Managing accounts inbox
- Processing payments
- Sending monthly statements
- Credit control including hasing debtors and monthly payment reminder emails
- Setting up and managing credit accounts for new customers
- Responding to queries from accountants
- Working with colleagues to maintain costs within budgets
- Resolving invoice queries from customers and liaising with Ops and Sales where required
- Supporting the team with financial data as and when required
- Keeping system processes up to date
- Processing engineer timesheets
Requirements:
- AAT or time served experience within finance and accounts administration
- Understanding of Xero, Sold, Hubdoc and relevant software would be an advantage
- Flexible, multi-tasking, get stuck in mentality!
- Brilliant organisational abilities and communication
- Team player
