Job Information
- We are a haircare wholesaler with a company based in the UK and the Netherlands, who are looking for a finance assistant to join our relaxed working environment.
- Flexible working hours (Mon-Thurs between 9am-4pm, 18 hours) and working from home for the right candidate once the role has been learned fully.
- We would like someone who is competent at Microsoft Excel with a strong attention to detail, who can manage their workload without prompting.
Main Responsibilities
- Inputting sales orders, creating sales invoices, processing purchases invoices and making bank payments when necessary.
- Reconciling inter-company accounts, reconciling bank accounts, credit card expenses.
- Assisting the managing director with adhoc tasks.
Skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and methodical.
- Previous accounts experience (sales/purchase ledger and reconciliations) would be beneficial.
