My client based in Aston Clinton, is currently looking for a Finance Assistant on a part time basis, to work within their small, friendly busy team. My client is able to offer some flexibility with the working hours, as long as a minimum of 25 is achieved over their Monday to Friday working week. Please note that it is essential that a Monday and Friday would be worked.
This role will be to be office based at all times, and due to the location of my client, and the lack of public transport to the area, it is essential to have your own transport, please note that parking is provided.
For this role, you will be required to be well organised, have excellent attention to detail and confidence in your approach to working. You must have excellent customer service skills, be able to prioritise your work load, and work to tight deadlines. It is essential that you are proficient in Sage and Excel.
Duties include:
- Invoice reconciliation
- PayPal payments
- Query handling and providing support to customers, via phone and email
- Credit Control
- Chasing of outstanding payments
- Bacs payments
- Invoice processing
